Christmas Time

To start out our holidays we went to visit Santa. I thought it was going to go great. The kids were so excited to tell him what they wanted for Christmas. Hayley walked right up and told him what she wanted (a tinkerbell camera) but when it came to sitting on his lap she started screaming. They let me hold her on my lap for the picture but she was not happy.
I don't have our scanner hooked up so I tried to take a picture of our Santa picture. I apologize for it looking like this but I think it is hilarious that Tyler is the only one smiling in our picture. Peyton looks like Santa might attack at any moment. I think he was freaked out that Hayley was screaming like Santa was killing her.

Peyton and Avery waiting to see Santa. They are just to cute!

Avery and Hayley would pose for the camera.

Watching the fun shows while the Moms do some shopping.

We had a Christmas Party at the club in our neighborhood. Peyton got his face painted like Spiderman. He was so excited and wouldn't let us wash it off until the next afternoon.

We had Christmas with Mimi and Papa and Great Grandma and Grandpa from Dallas and Uncle John, and of course Uncle Andrew and Aunt Lacy this weekend. The kids had a blast opening their first set of presents and it was so nice to spend time with everyone.

Hayley got this cute kitty cat that purrs when you rub its back. She loves it.

Each year we have a white elephant gift exchange and this is what Uncle Andrew got. I had to take a picture!

Here is Great Grandpa with his gift. Peyton thought this was hilarious!

Last year we started the tradition of making gingerbread houses with the Gunther girls. Everyone had so much fun. More candy was eaten than put on the houses but they turned out cute and was so much fun to watch them decorate.

Peyton and Hayley's gingerbread houses!

We did a game exchange with the Gunther girls. We got a really cool ladybug game and a polar bear letter game. You fish for the letters and spell different words. It is a really awesome game. I love it and so does Peyton.

Thank you hugs!
