Peyton has been tagged.First of all, the "rules:" Here's what you do: Each person starts with 8 random facts/habits about themselves and post these guidelines. At the end of the post, choose 8 people to be tagged and list their names. Don't forget to leave a comment telling them that they are tagged and to read your blog. Have fun!
1. I am 13 months old .
2. I'm an Aggie by birth (duh).
3. I have taken 4 steps all by myself but still not choosing to walk
4. I love Guacamole just like my Mom
5. I am not a fan of Santa.

Congrats Chelsea and Todd

Two of our best friends got engaged this weekend. We are so excited for them. Congrats you guys we love you!

The Ranch

We went to the ranch this weekend and had a blast. Mark of course has been before but we had not. Peyton loved it. He wanted to be outside with the cows the whole time. I can't wait for him to walk so he isn't crawling on the ground. Also,I can't wait for the putting everything in his mouth phase to be over. Anyways, we had fun and look forward to going again. I want to explore the ranch a little bit more. It is so beautiful and peaceful out there. Lacy and I enjoyed a great walk and got to appreciate the beautiful hill country that God gave us.

Peyton loves the tractor.

Thanksgiving

We had a great Thanksgiving this year. It was Peyton's first time to get to eat Thanksgiving dinner. He wasn't very fond of the dinner but loved Pumpkin Pie. He couldn't get enough and would cry when it was all gone.

Here is a picture of Peyton last year at Thanksgiving!Isn't it amazing how much they grow up in a year?Peyton playing in his toy bin while watching the Thanksgiving Day Parade. While the girls cooked the boys watched a movie. Lacy did a great job on the turkey!

Peyton enjoying his first Thanksgiving dinner.

Peyton's first bite of Pumpkin Pie. It was a hit :)

We watched the Aggie and Longhorn game with some of our best friends which are Longhorns. The Aggies won two years in a row! Whoop!!!

My First Birthday

We had a Superman birthday party for Peyton this weekend. It was so much fun and great to have our family and friends there. Peyton had an awesome time eating his cake and he got tons of wonderful presents. Thanks to everyone who came to celebrate with Peyton. Here are some pictures from the party. The kids had a wonderful time playing on the new playscape Grandma and Grandpa Shannon got Peyton for his birthday.

It was a gorgeous day. Great day for a birthday party.
My little Superman. Blowing out the candle!
Mmmmm, icing. I have never seen a child eat more cake.

This picture says it all.

We had to hose him down afterwards. He was tinted red the next day.

Opening presents. Peyton actually enjoyed ripping the paper off to see his presents. It was too cute.

Pumpkin Patch

Our playgroup took the kiddos to a pumpkin patch today. We had a great time. Peyton called all of the pumpkins balls. He was so interested in everything it was hard to get him to look at the camera let alone smile. He did have fun though! They had a great set up for pictures so the babies had to endure endless photo sessions and were exhausted at the end.

What do I do with all of these?

This is one big pumpkin!

Mom and me!

Peyton and Avery at their picnic.

We couldn't get Peyton to look at the camera all he wanted to do was stare at Avery. Hmm, do you think he likes someone?

Its hard to get them to sit still for a picture!
