Peyton and I went to Chicago with Nancy and Kelsey (my mother and sister in law). We visited family that lives in Chicago and Grand Rapids. We had a blast. It was a girls week and it was truly amazing. We spent some time outside of Grand Rapids Michigan and went to see Lake Michigan which looked like the ocean. It was so beautiful. Peyton loved the sand and was completely covered by the time we left.

Carolyn and Peyton in the bath tub, they were too cute :)The next day we drove into to Chicago and did some sightseeing and shopping. We also got to go to the Broadway musical, Wicked. Thank you to Brian and Michelle who babysat Peyton and Carolyn while we got to go. The show was awesome.

Erica - Ah, your post makes me miss Chicago so much. It looks like you guys had a blast! Peyton is such a doll! See you at playgroup.
