Hot Springs

We had a great time in Hot Springs. It was a long drive but we got to have some quality family time. On the way up we spend the night in Dallas at Great Grandma and Grandpa Lange's house, (unfortunately, they were out of town so we didn't get to see them). Peyton found the piano and fell in love. He had a blast banging on the keys.

We got to stay right on the lake and it was very pretty but also very hot. I didn't get any pictures of Peyton in the water but Mark took him in and Peyton showed everyone how much he learned this summer at swim lessons.

We got to go into town and visit one of the old bath houses. It was really neat and even more important they had air conditioning so it was a great break from the heat outside.

Nine Months Old

I can't believe it, Peyton is already Nine months old. It has gone by so fast. He is getting so big and so smart. He is crawling and pulling up on everything. Its amazing watching him learn new things each day. Yesterday we went to playgroup and had a swim party and then went shopping with my Mom for Petyon's nine month birthday. He got spoiled rotten as usual.

We are leaving for Hot Springs tomorrow so we will have some very cute pictures to share when we get back. Then we are off to Chicago the next weekend. Peyton is quite the traveler this summer.

Round Rock Express Baseball

We got to go to a Round Rock Express Baseball game last night. We had so much fun. Peyton loved watching the game and everything else going on. On home runs they shoot off fireworks and he thought that was the best. He also loved all of the music they played. He even got on the big screen while he was dancing to the music. It was so cute. He got a little hot towards the end of the game and I took off his shirt, all he needed was for us to paint his chest :)

Stairs

Peyton has now mastered the art of climbing up stairs. Fortunately we do not have stairs at our house. At playgroup yesterday all Peyton wanted to do was climb up the stairs. I can't believe how fast he is learning everything. It's amazing.

Mom's work buddies

We went to visit my old office so Peyton could meet all the voices he heard in Mommy's tummy every day. We have gone back to visit a lot but I never get out my camera because I am to busy talking and catching up with my girls. Anyways, here are some pictures of the gang. Arianna, also had her puppy in the office. Peyton was very excited to see this little puppy run around.

Visiting Dad at Work

We went and had lunch with Mark at his office. Peyton got to see Dad busy at Work. It was really great to get to see Mark in the middle of the day. We had fun and got to spend a quality hour as a family.

Helping with Laundry

Yesterday I was doing some laundry and made the mistake of leaving the basket next to Peyton. He entertained himself by taking all of the folded clothes out of the basket and speading them around the floor. He even took apart the socks that were paired together. It was so cute how entertaining clean clothes could be.
