This weekend our neighborhood had a child safety festival. You could get your child fingerprinted and get them an ID. They also had all the emergency vehicles there including a helicopter, police vehicles, an ambulance, and a fire truck. The festival also had a ton of other fun things for the kids to do. Peyton got to bounce in a moonwalk, pet some animals in a petting zoo, and he got a puppy balloon from a clown (whom he wasn't very sure about). We had a lot of fun especially because Daddy and Kelsey went with us. It was a fun family outing.
When we first got there the helicopter was about to take off so we got to watch it fly away. Peyton thought that was the best part.
Peyton petting the goat.
He loved this bunny and was very sweet to it.
I can't believe it was just sit there with him.
Peyton showing the policeman his sticker.
He got to climb in the firetruck. All of the guys were so nice.
They also had a live band which Peyton enjoyed and showed off some of his dance moves.
Outside the gift store while we were waiting for our group Peyton found a golf cart. He was in

Peyton running toward the first dinosaur.
He got there before me and scaled the wall to go see the big dinosaur. He isn't afraid of anything.

Taking a ride on the boats.
They are just way to cute!
On the cars! As you can probably tell I chose the Army car since Peyton was wearing his Army shirt.

Avery driving the car.
On the planes.
The propellers blew air back toward them. Avery loved having the wind in her hair.

Peyton on the carousel.
Peyton and Avery on our front porch swing before their first day of school.

Peyton already playing with the toys.
He loves this kitchen. We might have to get him one.
Here Peyton is in his classroom right before I picked him up. There are 5 boys in his class and 3 girls. So the boys will have some competition.
