So, if you know Peyton you know he is not a huge eater. But, apparently all of his animals are. His new thing is to feed all of toys. I say toys because even his blocks get thirsty and need a drink. Here is Peyton feeding his lizard and turtle at breakfast.

This weekend we had Mark's company picnic. They had it at Emma Long Park, which if you have never been there it is a great place to take the family. There were a ton of trees so it actually wasn't that hot. We also had a great breeze going. Peyton had a ton of fun splashing in the lake and running around outside. I forgot my camera so we don't have many pictures but here are the few they sent me.
The family!!
Mark and Peyton and his buddy Dustin with his son Evan. (We couldn't get the kiddos to look at the camera)Posted by Erica at 3:08 PM 0 comments
A couple of weeks ago we went to Sea World with my parents. Peyton had a blast. It was really really hot but we just went to all the shows which were covered so it wasn't bad. We all had a real fun time. I can't wait to take Peyton again.
Peyton loved it when the dolphins would jump out of the water.

Peyton looking down on all the hungry seals. I love this picture.
You could feed the seals. They were so cute begging.
Of course, this was probably one of Peyton's favorites. The Birds. We got to feed them nectar. It was so cool. They would just land on your arm and eat. Peyton just wanted to hold them.

Yesterday I went to get Peyton from his nap and this is what I found. I thought it was hilarious so I had to share.

We got to take a trip to Point Pleasant last week. We had a blast. The weather was pretty cool there so we didn't get in the water but we were able to play on the beach. They also have an awesome boardwalk there with lots of places to eat, rides, and stores. We spent some time on the boardwalk and Peyton loved the rides. Here are some of the pictures of our trip.
Daddy and Peyton about to head up to the boardwalk.
Peyton on the beach!
Here is Peyton about to start chasing some birds. If you look closely you can see a seagull. This was one of his favorite things to do on the beach.
Mommy and Peyton's feet in the sand.
One of the few family pictures we have where everyone is smiling.
Mimi and Papa on the beach.
Daddy and Peyton on the carousel.
Peyton was very fascinated by the horse going up and down.
Daddy and Peyton on the Crazy Bus.
Mommy and Peyton riding Dumbo.
Mark talked me into letting Peyton ride the rides by himself. I was a nervous wreck but Peyton had a blast. This was his favorite ride. He kept pointing and asking for Nemo. The man running the ride let Peyton ride again because he cried when we took him off.
Uncle John was so sweet and drove us into New York for the day. We took the Ferry from Staten Island into Manhattan. Peyton loved being on the boat but wasn't very fond of being made to sit in his stroller.
Here we are about to get on the Ferry.
A view of the Statue of Liberty from the boat.
Times Square!
Daddy and Peyton in front of the biggest Toys R Us we have ever been to. Times Square was so crowded it was a little overwhelming.
Peyton was amazed at this Dinosaur. It was huge and moved and made scary noises. He still loves dinosaurs after seeing this scary thing.
Mommy and Peyton on the streets of New York City. Peyton was so excited to get out of his stroller.
On the subway in New York. We got Peyton this monkey at Toys R Us. He loves it!!
Aunt Lacy and Peyton riding Dumbo.
Peyton on the Crocodile. I promise he was having fun. We couldn't get him to look at the camera.
Peyton on the boat. He loved this ride.
Peyton's first ice cream on the boardwalk. It was a hit and his face was completely orange afterwards.
Mommy and Peyton on the Ferris Wheel.
Peyton's 3rd ride on Nemo.
Aunt Lacy and Uncle Andrew riding the train.
Peyton on the pony ride.
Playing on the beach. Below is a view of the boardwalk from the beach.
Peyton chasing some more birds. I bet they are glad we are gone.
Big waves!!!
Peyton liked looking at the waves but would yell "No No" to them as soon as they got close.
Peyton got his feet dipped. It was freezing.
Daddy and Peyton running from the waves.
We had so much fun and cannot wait to go back. It was really nice spending time with everyone and having a relaxing vacation. I hope everyone had as much fun as we did. Posted by Erica at 1:39 PM 0 comments
