Family Fun

Andrew, Kelsey, and Cade are all on Springbreak so yesterday we all met at Waterloo Icehouse, a restaurant at the front of our neighborhood, to watch Texas play Kansas. Peyton was happy to see everyone.

Out to Dinner

My parents came in town this weekend to babysit for Mark and I while we went to the Rodeo. We went out to eat when they got here and Peyton entertained us all. He is really into the television right now and can find one any where. Mark has been watching all of the Basketball games and Peyton enjoys watching the sports with his Dad. You can see both of the guys looking up at Texas playing Baylor.

Mothers of Young Children

Peyton and I joined a group at our church called Mothers of Young Children. We get together once a month and do an activity for a charity and eat breakfast and chat. Last week we made Easter baskets for the children at Austin homeless shelters. It has been a lot of fun and we have met some great people. I didn't get very many pictures but here are some!

Peyton loves Reading

Peyton loves for me to read him books and he now loves to grab the pages. This book is perfect for him to grab because its cloth, so he loves it. He can even chew on this book! He also loves to be naked so he is in heaven here.

4 Months Old!

Peyton is 4 months old today! I can't believe how fast he is growing. It is a miracle! He is really getting his own personality. He can laugh and it cracks me up everytime he does it. He can also put his feet in his mouth now but I haven't managed to get a good picture of it yet. So stay tuned :) We just got back from the doctor for Peyton's 4 month shots. He was a trooper. He now weighs 14 pounds 13 ounces and is 25 inches tall. What a little grower! Here are some pictures before his shots.

Peyton and the Puppies

About two weeks ago Peyton really starting noticing the dogs. He loves them. Bambi looks for him every time she comes in the house. She adores him. Our younger dog Cali could care less, all she wants is a bone! Here is Bambi and Peyton getting to know eachother.

Peyton loves to cuddle. He is taking good naps in his crib and I caught a picture of him just as he woke up. He loves this lamb my Mom got him and this lovie that my bestfriend's Mom got him. Isn't he a cutie? Its hard not to just hold him as he sleeps!
