Florida

We went on an awesome trip to Destin with the McDonald side of the family. The beach was gorgeous and so much fun. The kids loved The Village which had rides, an amazing playscape, and tons of good food. Peyton went on a zip line which was so crazy, I still can't believe he did it.
The video is pretty dark but if you look close you can see him step off.

Some quality dance time at the house! Hayley was so funny she would copy everything Kelsey did. At one point Kelsey had to sneeze and Hayley followed right along and immitated her sneeze as well.

Peyton met this little girl on the beach and she introduced him to her parents as her boyfriend. Of course he fell immediately in love.

Playgroup Activities

Our playgroup has set up some fun activities for the summer. The kids made their own tie dye shirts. It was really fun and suprisingly not messy at all. They loved seeing the finished product.

The playgroup took a trip to the Nature Science Center. It was really cool. The kids loved walking outdoors and looking at everything around them. We even rocked our tie dye shirts.

They had this awesome dinosaur dig. Peyton loved getting out his brush and finding all of the fossils.

All of the animals there were abandoned pets. There was a coyote there. I could not believe someone tried to keep that as a pet.

Happy 30th Birthday Mark!!!

I surprised Mark with a birthday party with our friends at a retro bowling/karoke place called The Highball. We had so much fun and he was so surprised. Thank you everyone for sharing such a fun time with us! My camera battery ran out so I didn't get very many pictures. Also, the lighting wasn't great for pictures but we got some.

You had to keep your own score which we let Keri and Lacy do.

Lacy and Andrew came into town for the party. We excited to get to spend some time with them.

Summer Fun

So far we have had a great summer. It has been so hot but we have managed by doing lots of time at the pool. We also have been doing a lot of movie days. Sometimes I feel bad letting them watch so mutch T.V. but hey what is Summer for?

My playgroup took a girls trip to Houston to see New Kids on The Block. We layed out at the hotel all day then went to the concert. We had so so much fun!!!

The Gang!! Two of my best friends have been coming over on Friday and we have some girl time and let the kids play. The house is always a mess but it is so much fun. Baby Ryder is now a month old and all of the kids love to give him some love!

Hayley's First Dance Class

Hayley started dance yesterday. She was sooooo excited to wear all her new dance stuff and to get to dance her new shoes. Even better her best buddy Grace is taking the class with her. They were precious!

They do ballet and tap in class. Hayley loved the sound of her tap shoes. Hayley did so good in class. She was so excited and came home and showed us everything she learned. She can't wait for next week!
